This book is a revisiting of Chiprout’s professional work as a photographer. It spans the period from 1989 to 2018, during which technology transformed the medium of photography. The author invites the reader to take a dive into the tome and experiment as he did the transition from analog to digital photography, going through almost all formats, from large format, medium format, Polaroid, the first digital cameras and the first smartphones.
At the same time, it is an immersion into the artist’s experience with Zen Buddhism, as a juncture in his life that provoked a change in his way of looking at the world and which reflects on the ambiences presented in this book.
